Autostore Installation issue Autostore 6.0 work flow

I am having an issue while trying to install Autostore 6.0 workflow I have attached a screen shot of the error. I am installing on a brand new Windows 2008 standard VM. All updates have been installed. Basically what is happening is that after launching the installer it fails while extracting the installation files. I have re downloaded Autostore a couple of times. The firewall is turned off and I have disabled DEP (data execution prevention)
and I still have the same issue. Does anybody have any ideas?

Sorry this posting was originally flagged as private. I just cleared it up. I hope you have tried reaching out to our support department directly. For these types of issues you should contact your country based NSi support organization.
